Multi-Tenant, Multi-Role Architecture
KnubiSoft engineered a comprehensive, secure, multi-tenant cloud platform implemented on AWS. This solution architecture automatically provisions isolated databases for each legal case, ensuring strict data separation. It also features granular, user management and role-based access controls, allowing specific permissions for lawyers and analysts, crucial for legal compliance.
Secure Message Data Integration
We built connectors to ingest cache data from mobile messengers. This raw data is then normalized and efficiently indexed using Spring JDBC templates and PostgreSQL, facilitating rapid search and retrieval for prosecution or defense workflows.
Automated Provisioning & Management
Leveraging AWS SQS for queuing and CloudFront for content delivery, the system automates data ingestion pipelines and visualization delivery. Critical system health is continuously monitored via Grafana and Kibana, providing real-time insights, ensuring the platform’s reliability.
