Challenge

The client, with no technical background, required a clickable prototype and strategic IT consulting to showcase their Mindful Consumer Club (MCC) app at the WORTH Partnership Program. Our task was to transform their vision into a fully functional prototype from the ground up, ensuring it was meticulously aligned with investor expectations.

Defining Product Requirements

Collaborated with Näz to capture the business goals, essential features, and detailed user stories, creating a clear backlog and success criteria.

Mapping User Workflows

Designed two core journeys – one for clothing recycling and one for clothing repair, using detailed wireframes and mockups to visualize decision points and interactions.

Building the Clickable Prototype

Leveraged Figma (with Sketch and Adobe tools) to craft a high-fidelity, interactive prototype that allowed Näz to demonstrate the MCC app’s look, feel, and flow to the WORTH program judges.

IT Consulting & Roadmap

Delivered a technology roadmap outlining the app’s software architecture, team structure, timeline, budget, and post-development support. This roadmap equipped Näz with a clear path for future agile development, ensuring long-term scalability and success.
